The MSU Youth Programs: Registration, Safety Assurance, and Education Program provides ongoing consultation, training, and development for youth program leaders in support of their efforts to provide a safe learning environment for minors under the age of 18 in their care.

Michigan State University strives to offer a safe, welcoming learning environment for all MSU youth program participants. In support of these efforts, this program promotes compliance with MSU’s Operational Requirements for Conducting University Youth Programs and the University Reporting Protocol for Child Abuse and Other Harm to Children.
