Michigan State University strives to offer a safe, welcoming learning environment for all MSU youth program participants. MSU Youth Safety Education and Compliance supports the mission by:

• Promoting compliance with MSU’s Operational Requirements for Conducting University Youth Programs;
• Promoting compliance with MSU's Reporting Protocol for Child Abuse and Other Harm to Children; and
• Providing provides ongoing consultation, training, and development for youth program leaders in support of their efforts to provide a safe learning environment for minors under the age of 18 in their care.
